  • You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, or create derivative works from any of our proprietary content.

  • Any unauthorized use of the PelvicTrain name, logos, or technical documentation (including our 5 Tesla system specifications and manuals) may result in civil or criminal penalties.

2. Your Account

By creating an account on PelvicTrain.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Terms of Sale

Products and Pricing * All product information, including the technical specifications of the FY-6106 Pulse Magnet Pelvic System, is subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

  • Pricing: While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for that item.

  • Taxes & Duties: For the convenience of our customers, PelvicTrain currently covers applicable duties and taxes for your purchases. The final total at checkout includes the product price and shipping.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness journey.

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and return an item for a refund. No explanation is required, though we appreciate feedback to help us improve.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in "like-new" condition.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective unit, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery for damage claims.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Once an item has left our Chicago-area facility, the standard return process applies.

5. Limitation of Liability

PelvicTrain provides high-intensity pulsed electromagnetic technology for personal wellness.

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Users must review all Safety Contraindications (such as the policy regarding pacemakers and metal implants) before use.

  • PelvicTrain is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from use that contradicts the safety guidelines provided in the User Manual.

6. User Content

Any feedback, reviews, or communications you post on our site are considered non-confidential. PelvicTrain is free to use such content for marketing, research, or product improvement purposes without obligation to the uploader.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
