Returns & Refund Policy

At PelvicTrain, we stand behind the clinical quality of our technology. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

(a) Returns (30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and receive a refund.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all original labels and accessories (Main unit, cushion, cables, and manual).

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pelvictrain.com and include photos of the item and its packaging.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Preference: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Quality Issues: If the return is due to a technical defect or error on our part, PelvicTrain will cover or refund the return shipping costs.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned products.


(b) Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in our packaging, but we understand that transit issues can occur.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): Any item damaged during shipping is eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.

  • Note: If only the outer cardboard box is damaged but the internal FY-6106 unit remains intact and functional, the product is not considered damaged.

  • 2-Year Warranty: Beyond the initial 30 days, your device is covered by our 2-Year Comprehensive Warranty. If the unit fails due to a technical defect, we provide a free replacement or repair.


(c) Refund Process

Once your return is received and verified at our warehouse, we will process your refund.

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Verification: Please allow a slight delay for verification, as our technical team inspects returns twice weekly to ensure all components are present.

  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been credited back to your original payment method.


(d) Cancellation Policy

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel:

  1. Within 24 Hours: If your order has not yet shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

  2. After 24 Hours: If the order has already been processed for shipping, only a partial refund may be available, or you may need to follow the standard 30-day return process once the item arrives.

(e) Return Address

To maintain efficient processing, do not send returns to the shipping address on your package. Please contact support@pelvictrain.com to receive the correct return authorization and the specific address for our Chicago-area service center.
